How would you describe your time at FedEx Ground?
This was a very demanding job that had new challenges everyday. No matter what challenges the day threw at you, you still had to find a way to get the packages out to the customers within the same time frame. I enjoyed teaching and leading new managers and employees and helping them become successful. I learned a lot about leading and managing thru on the job and the many schools that FedEx sends you to....
