As Network Manager, I design, recommend, and implement all technical projects for the premiere secondary school in the southeast. Mentor and lead technical support staff of 10. Manage Cisco Campus Data/VOIP network infrastructure, both wired and wireless, for 18 buildings on 190+ acre campus for over 2000 users. Oversee and manage over 35 servers and over 1300 PCs installed with Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, and Novell Netware....

As the Technical Support Supervisor, I supported the sales team by analyzing customer requirements, proposing and demonstrating technical solutions, while ensuring acceptable product installations. I trained customers and provided initial technical support before assigning the appropriate service technician to the client.
