Development of overall goals, strategic plans to attain those goals, and evaluation methods to determine success and future planning. Work with Board of Directors, Advisors, volunteers, and staff in identifying, researching, and cultivating possible funding sources. Create and implement a planned giving program including development of a giving club and solicitation materials to increase awareness of planned giving opportunities. Develop annual fundraising plan including coordination of direct mail acquisition and current member appeals. Develop and write newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, solicitations, web content, and other collateral materials. Use Raiser's Edge database to follow, track, and run extensive analysis reports on fundraising efforts for campaigns and individual funds, regionally and centrally. Manage all aspects of annual fundraising events across the U.S. and Canada including procuring items for auction, coordinating volunteers, creating materials, invite list, and development of website and communications materials. Cultivate and steward all donors and prospects. Develop online communication and fundraising strategies....
