How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?
I am looking for an ethical professional company and working environment. Even though I am more than capable of working independently, I do prefer a team oriented environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged rather than squashed. I am looking for a company that truly promotes employee tenure and employee career development. I do like to keep busy and I prefer a medium to fast paced environment over sitting around creating work for myself, just to have something to do.
Since I like to learn new things and explore other areas of the company for which I am working, I typically seek out the Fortune 500 companies since many of the "corporate" business structures have the kinds of qualities that I have mentioned above....
