What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

get used to the idea that you never meet a stranger, dont be afraid to be on the phone making 100+ calls a day stay focused and learn to deal with both pressure and criticsm, sometimes NOT all constructive. One day, you will become a master jedi..:^)
