Being a student in paramedical, passionated 'by accident' by everything concerning computers and telecommunication I decided to orient my professional carreer in that direction with as a result that I became Geek and a big fan of Apple products.
I am trying to create a network with International contacts focussing on telecommunications and IT (Wireless, IT, Telco, Internet: ISP, Media). - Monitors the alarms generated by the network elements to detect every anomaly - Ensures the fault mgmt process & methods, acting as a first line trouble shooter by performing a technical impact analysis of every incident - Executes first level actions based on standard operational working methods and management processes in remote and coordinates level 1 & 2-engineers in the field in respect of the different service levels and operational level agreements - Notifies Incidents to the management and other possible stakeholders (client facing entities,..) - Triggers Technical Escalation (transmission to second level support through the production of Trouble Tickets and coordination/follow-up of the resolution) - Triggers Management Escalation in case of technical crisis, following fixed process - Debriefs and reports to management on the incident resolution. - Suggests and implements changes with regards to procedures and workmethods...
