What was your best interview experience like?

I'd have to say my best interview experience would be the day I walked into an interactive agency with the assumption that I'd be speaking to the creative director. To my surprise, I was escorted to his office where 5 other people were sitting there (on couches no less) eating pizza. My then soon to be boss said "grab a slice" and suppressed me when I attempted to pull my laptop out. He was familiar with my work and we had spoken before via email. The interview consisted of them personality profiling me and the end result was him sending the other team members out and asking me for firm salary requirements. I told him and he proceeded to type something and printed up an offer letter right there.

That was great.
