How would you describe your time at U-Haul?
My main duty was to support the Shop Manager so he could be out on the floor. To accomplish this, I was in charge of repair tickets, repair equipment inventory, vehicle inventory, accounts receivable and payable, new hire orientation, shop office organization, communication with district, timecards, filing, and miscellaneous other duties as neccessary. During this time, I created a form to comply with a new U-Haul policy which is now used accross my district in Missouri....

How would you describe your time at Sears?
I worked as a cashier and as part of the Operations Team in my time at Sears. As a cashier, I performed basic customer service, sold credit cards, and did store appearance upkeep. As an Office worker, I counted down the safe to ensure an accurate deposit, change orders, and coordinated merchandise delivery for customers, as well as basic clerk duties such as filing, copying, and printing signs. In 2004, I received the Quarterly Associate Award for Customer Survey Attendance, which is getting perfect scores on my customer surveys....

How would you describe your time at Stephens College?
I was a leader and innovator during a time of crisis for Stephens. I created and led four clubs during my years at Stephens, leading one to natonal recognition during my senior year. The website I designed for that same club won the best chapter website in 2007. I was a member of the honors dorms and formed lasting volunteer and fundraising relationships with local businesses. I was Associate Fiction editor for the school's literary magazine "Harbinger."...
