General Motors , Shreveport, Louisiana Developed electrical scope of work for 2 projects followed by overseeing the installation of the electrical activity for each project.
USPS Lead a team in the research of the currently used Tag blaster equipment. I developed a process to gauge the operation of the Tag Blaster as well as developed and testes multiple methods to improve the operation of the equipment. The results of the testing were presented in a report made to USPS management.
USPS Detroit P&DC - Process and Distribution Center Defined contractor requirements for demolish of old belt conveyor and installation of new including the rerouting of communication, and fire alarm systems. Identified the requirements of reworking remaining convey to renew and upgrade to todays standards.
Flexible Powertrain Facility: Anniston Army Depot, Anniston Alabama I Identified the of new tooling power and communication requirements per the RFP for a new facility.
2007 HB/HG Project: DaimlerChrysler Newark Assembly Plant Provided Support for TCF, BIW, and Paint Shop Conveyor and tool installation, verified work to corporate standards. . I was Involve in all phases of the project including planning, installation, and debug of equipment.
Health assessment Project: DaimlerChrysler Toledo Assembly Plant I worked as part to a team to investigate the existing condition of TCF conveyors. Created report of all issues Identified. This report was used to help prevent future problems that could occur for the plant.
2005 ND Project: DaimlerChrysler Warren Truck Assembly Plant * Provided Support for TCF Conveyor and tool installation, verified work to corporate standards. Involved myself in all phases of the project including planning, installation, and debug of equipment. * Developed a relationship with Daimler Chrysler support personnel (AAME, AME, and plant), contractors and tooling vendors and worked as a team to complete the project. * Reviewed electrical drawing to verify standards are met, followed up with the approval process. * Develop scopes of work for contractors to install assembly line tooling and conveyors. * Coordinated electrical activity for conveyor and general installation contractors. * Tracking of required electrical changes for project, developed. Access databases to aid tracking. * Supported the DSI team with computer support of both hardware and software.

GM - Delphi Chassis, Livonia, MI. Business Relations Analysis 1997 ??? 1999 I was responsible for the operation of a network of over 100 computers. I facilitated the network expansion to a new area of the plant. Developed and maintained Access database of inventory of hardware, infrastructure ports, and records of activities for all hardware tasks.
GM - Powertrain, Livonia, MI Business Relations Analysis 1997 ??? 1997 I was a member of the COe Team (Consistent Office Environment) Installing and implementing a Novell network for the Powertrain facility. This site had over 300 Personal Computers and multiple servers. I was concurrently responsible for the network of PCs at the Delphi Plant also in Livonia, Michigan; this site had over 100 Personal Computers.
GM - Buick City, Flint MI Business Relations Analysis 1993 ??? 1997 As a Buick City Plant floor team member I have provided support and implemented changes for multiple Plant Floor systems including Auto VIN Identification (AVI)- Allen Bradley RF tags, Graphic Pull System (GPS), Assembly Line Diagnostic Link (ALDL) and schedule systems. For the last year I supported the plant during the 2nd shift. In providing 2nd shift coverage I was required to handle Operations support in addition to plant floor systems.
