TRAINING
Hotel Vega / Hotel Dwor Wazow / Hotel Monopol Apprentice As a part of our technical program, all students had an obligation and opportunity to train in various hotels around Wroclaw. I received my training in three different hotels. I was trained in many positions, from housekeeper, breakfast waitress, and bartender, to front desk agent, reservations agent, and billing office agent.
EXPERIENCE
Hotel Vega - Front Desk Agent
I have been taking phone and fax reservations. I was responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel, posting charges to guestrooms, verifying credit card and balancing bank accounts following each shift. Distributing information to guests, as well as assisting in rectifying guests questions and concerns. Served as the main point of contact for all guests requests and needs. I was responsible for making schedules for the cleaning staff.
2000 - Club Arkadia- Sarbinowo server/bartender
2001-2003 Club Miami Nice- Mielno bartender
2007 - Gin Mill , Denver-part time bartender
I worked as a bartender for 4 seasons (summer months) during college. Have experience with high volume and busy bar.

In 2004 I completed Bartending College of Denver - qualified Mixologist and wine server
