What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

In whatever you do, find a place where you aren't locked into a highly compartmentalized role - instead find a place where you either in the middle of it all, or can at least see it. Later on you can decide if you want to specialize.

deployment of Visual Manufacturing, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package. Project
included
connecting the corporate headquarters to all other existing manufacturing plants using site
to site VPN, implemented Windows Terminal Server with thin-client terminals for remote access to
corporate applications, deploy Exchange as corporate-wide mail system. Design saved
approximately $100,000 over software vendor suggested plan. Contracted with several training
