Scanned and transferred loans to investors. Cleared outstanding conditions working via telephone and e-mail with investors, title companies and appraiser's to have loans approved for purchase. Requested Original Notes to be sent to various investors from ware house banks. Updated system when loans were purchased. Assisted loan officers in extending locks. Registered loans with MERS, assisted with final documents. Received & entered all incoming closing packages. Worked from home using remote terminal server access as needed.
