How would you describe your time at University of South Dakota?
As a financial aid advisor I worked as part of a team to provide the best possible customer service to our students as possible. We worked closely with students, parents, lending institutions, as well as many regulatory agencies to provide financial aid to students while complying with many state, federal, and institutional policies and regulations. I provided advice to students and parents as to what financial aid options existed and best fit that individual???s particular needs....

How would you describe your time at University of South Dakota?
As an office manager in a student services department at a public university I was able to work as a supervisor of three employees. I was also able to learn how to trouble shoot and fix most software and hardware problems that can arise with a retail and security based ID card system. I effectively worked with other departments within the university as well as with outside vendors and suppliers to successfully run the day to day operations of the office....

How would you describe your time at University of South Dakota?
Working in the Lommen Health Sciences Library at the University of South Dakota I was able to assist the general student body and faculty with their research needs as well as answer their computer based questions. I was responsible for the customer service of the library patrons and the maintenance of the equipment that was used in the computer lab housed in the library....

I was very productive in school being involved in several student programs. I graduated with honors in four years and continued for an additional semester to complete an on going research project. I became a fast learner who can work well with others and is willing to do whatever is needed to get a job done....
