I was given the responsibility to rebuild the month-end closing processes at the Co-Manufacturing Finance Department. To accomplish this goal I interviewed financial analysts in similar functions at Nestle to find out what their closing process was. I created new custom templates for month end reporting and reconciliations, established close relations with key IT personnel and build a new departmental operations manual.
