What are the three things that provide you satisfaction in your work?
Satisfaction comes from many forms, yet primarily I believe I get the most from a sense of accomplishment. That time when everyone involved on a project can sit back and say, "That was a good job."
Next of course is fair compensation. Reward for work. Simple, no muss no fuss.
Thirdly, the rise to the challenge. The feeling of elation when the answers to the problems at hand jump out at you....
