What profession other than yours would you like to try?
My profession as a Geotechnical Engineer is the OTHER position. I started my career as an Environmental Engineer, then gravitated towards Civil Engineering. I found the work dealing with the earth to be most rewarding and exciting, therefore I entered this profession after taking an educational sabbatical in 2002-3 to complete upper level coursework in geotechnical, groundwater, civil and ocean engineering and other fields I found to be of interest at the University of Hawaii....
