How would you describe your time at Huawei Technologies Italia?
Chinese Telecom Vendor, with over 70.000 employees and fast growing Company.
My role is focused on the all Procurement activities.
Huawei it's a start up in Italy and Switzerland so one of the main challenges is to develop and implement local purchasing policies and procedures in line with EU procurement regulation.
Direct responsible of three buyers and one back office.
Manage and undertake complex procurement activities to meet the business needs of the organization. Negotiate cost/value agreement with subcontractors as well as negotiate and manage contract terms for minor local purchases. Assist in evaluation, selection, and monitoring of suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost. Assist in the development of partnerships.
Coordinate on-site inspection of subcontractors. Implement the best strategies through continuous development of market knowledge and contacts for new products and services.
Follow the execution of the contracts and manage the litigations.
Negotiations turnover is around 105M???...

How would you describe your time at T-Systems?
T-Systems gave me the possibility to manage the Italian procurement dept.
The Italian branch is composed by over 1.000 employees in Italy with 6 offices (Milano, Roma, Vicenza and Napoli).
Direct responsible of six resources (3 buyers plus 3 administrative figures).
Direct negotiation for the TCS Networking and security, including Hw, Sw and services (installation and maintenance) Around 40 M???.
Direct negotiations for General Procurement , Around 10M???
Coordinator of big deals and negotiations of main contracts for strategic suppliers.
Responsibilities includes: research of new suppliers in markets of interest, through personal knowledge or Global Frame Agreement/Master Supplier Agreement.
According with International Procurement and Local management, point out the guidelines for procurement to optimize and reach targets regarding saving and suppliers.
Evaluation of suppliers with KPI???s and Vendor Rating Book.

International group part of Deutsche Telekom, dedicated to the Outsourcing at 360 degrees in the ICT world.
More than 50.000 employees and 34 branches all over the world.
Based in Frankfurt, in this role I was responsible for the activity coordination of all the local Procurement.
Managing directly the International tender for the ICT and Marketing Procurement.
Centralizing the Procurement strategy for all the Group and developing the new procedures worldwide.
Manager of seven resources, all buyers coming from different parts of the world.
Release of new SAP system and new procedure for suppliers evaluation with KPI???s and Vendor Rating Book....

Italian first Bank group with 60.000 employees, 4.000 branch offices in Italy and 100 all over the world.
Responsible of the ITC Purchase Department and co-ordinator for a group of 8 buyers.
Responsibilities includes: continuous contact and scouting of the Italian and foreign suppliers.
RFQ, RFP, Service Level Agreement and Furniture Supply Contract handling.
Research analysis for brand and/or new products and technologies in specific market place.
Budget analysis and saving target.
Order amount during year 2005: 85 Millions Euro
Average saving achieved: 16%...
