How would you describe your time at Sidekick Productivity Solut...?
I have been writing instructional and technical material for the last 8 years in an international environment.
I have been independent for the last year on an international training and documentation project.
My most recent project required that I learn about and document the workings of software that was new to me, and then post those documents to a web based system for the client.
I developed technical documents, instructor led and e-learning and flash based timed operator certification tests. I then turned these development processes over to the client so they will be able to maintain the materials.
Since completing this project I have learned how to perform XAMP install and setup, php editing and troubleshooting, MySQL setup, Apache setup and Moodle LMS setup, customization, upgrades and troubleshooting.

How would you describe your time at Tokyo Electron America?
Began as Field Service Engineer II. Moved into training department 2001.
* Utilized the ADDIE Process- Analyzed, Designed, Developed, Implemented, Evaluated.
* Communicated task analysis plans, assessment plans to customer. Modified as necessary.
* Based on business demands, developed a factory Operations course map, aimed at the factory operators.
* Developed course objectives based upon action statements, not knowledge statements.
* Interviewed SME???s in US and Japan, extrapolated information from technical documentation about the Manufacturing Execution Software. (MES)
* Interviewed, shadowed and sometimes video taped the customer operations personnel to capture context of daily activities and possible deviations to be dealt with.
* Designed with flexibility in case of a priority change or a procedural change.
* Developed technical publications as needed.
* Designed and developed SCORM Conformant E-learning content and instructor led content as part of Training Internationalization Group.
* Designed based upon a general Course, Chapter, Topic stucure.
* Implemented clearly stated task, condition and standards.
* Followed a general methodology of ???Tell Me??? ??? introduce the Subject, Tell the story. ???Show Me???- Demonstrate any procedures, processes, etc. Let me try ??? Lab exercises, class exercises with feedback and correction. Confidence builders. ???Let Me Do It??? ??? Separate timed certification test.
* Provided weekly updates at worldwide team meetings. Provided weekly local updates, action plans and risk analysis if needed.
