-Design an Excel macro with a complicated formula to reduce the time of recalculating room rates according to special packages from 8 hours to 15 minutes.
-Run the nightly audit reports; confirm that all credit card transactions and room accounts are correct, balance the daily ledger, add up restaurant receipts.
-Maintain hotel security, addressing and resolving all complaints, notifying police and upper management when necessary, and writing incident reports.
-Perform Internet research for products and information needed by the Island House hotel.
