What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?
When I interviewed for the UREC Marketing Assistant position, my current supervisor handed me a coffee mug, and said "tell me fifteen things you could do with this mug." The idea was that the question was meant to strech our creativity, and see what kind of ideas we're able to come up with while under pressure. My answers included: breaking the mug into peices and creating a mosaic, putting a light bulb into it and creating a small lamp, and putting it on a desk and leaving a note to leave your change in it, which would then be given to charity....
