Are you willing to relocate?

Yes, I am willing to relocate for a position and a company that would truly consider my talents as an asset. I have to consider the impact of the move on my family as well. For the most part, I am sure with the right location, my spouse can find a new job as well. My daughter is not school aged so getting her into a kindergarden class would also be beneficial in the near future.... read more

How would you describe your time at Eli Lilly and Company?

At Lilly, I worked in a quality control laboratory that analyzed finished active pharmaceutical ingredients, stability samples, raw materials, and the occassional R&D material. I learned the Empower system while working at Lilly. I attended annual GMP refresher training each year. I served as a safety and environmental representative attending meetings involving QC, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Management representatives. I frequently went to the lab on weekends to inspect raw materials on cargo trucks before the unloading began. I assisted in training new chemists on various aspects of laboratory operations. In 2005, I was given the opportunity to find a new position in another lab competing with other personnel who were also tabbed for reallocation. Those who did not get new positions were given severance packages. I received my severance package in August 2005 after signing my release documents.... read more

How would you describe your time at morehouse college?

I would consider my experience at this school very valuable to my matriculation as a young man. I participated in athletics (track/field), scholastic clubs, and became a popular student among my peers. My financial expeditures caused me to transfer to a school less expensive. I attended this school on a partial academic scholarship, but the rates continued to increase each year.... read more
