What kind of job are you looking for?
I am looking for a position in the marketing or communications field, perhaps as a media analyst. I understand that this would be a career change, though I believe I do have the skills to succeed in those fields. I also understand that I would have to start from the bottom, so to speak, and work my way up but I am looking forward to that.
I would like to apply the skills I've gained in consulting and client service over the past few years, and combine them with my love for media while working with customers and clients to analyze and apply data to further company goals and objectives....

How would you describe your time at RWD Technologies?
While working at RWD Technologies, I have gained a wide variety of skills and experience. As a training consultant, I have interacted with a range of clients and worked in a fast-paced environment. I have worked with client subject matter experts to conduct training needs analyses and design the curriculum accordingly to fill necessary knowledge gaps. I have provided end-user support as a training instructor, particularly in the SAP module of Human Resources (HR). This included training in Personnel Administration and Benefits Administration. I have worked in several different roles, including training developer, technical lead and assistant project manager. As an assistant project manager, I worked with the project manager to determine risks and manage client expectations. I was also in charge of managing the budget, especially in the case of scope increase. In addition, I ensured that the team was aligned with the needs and expectations, and have guided many projects to a successful close.
About a year ago, I moved into the Department Operations Manager position, in which I work directly with the Department Director and Managers to determine goals and plans for the year. In this position, I regularly interact with the department to assist with their HR-related questions and concerns, including personnel policies, timesheet entry, and benefits. My role includes administrative work, such as putting together a training calendar for the year, creating spreadsheets and reports on various activities in the department, and working with several associates in our corporate office, including Human Resources and Staffing. I plan and lead all department and leadership meetings. In addition, I manage our Recruiting efforts, utilizing the OpenHire system, and have been responsible for increasing our department size by 50% since I began in the role. I work with Microsoft Office software on a daily basis, utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook. I have also facilitated, supervised, and delivered internal training classes, amongst a wide range of other responsibilities. As our work revolves around many clients and projects, this is a very fast-paced environment where I often have to juggle multiple tasks and ensure all are completed in a timely fashion....
