I've worked my way from the very bottom to the top at my current job, and I think all roles have their pluses and minuses. It would really depend on the specific job, but in general I like to play a role where I get to help plan and direct and guide projects to a successful solution. I'm a problem solver a designer and have strong planning skills, along with a very diverse technical background. I think that helps give me a rather unique perspective when sitting at a table with others and coming up with solutions for problems....
