What makes you a great employee?
I may not have five years of experience within the following fields I mentioned in my resume and cover letter, because I had been in college for about that amount of time, even during summers so I could graduate on time. I had transferred schools and switched majors, so I wanted to get my degree within 4- 4 1/2 years. I suceeded my goal and recieved my Bachelor's Degree.
So, what makes me a great employee is that I am not only loyal and hardworking, but even if I don't have that amount of experience, I have many useful skills that a company would find extremely beneficial vs. other candidates applying for the job, that may not have as many skills, even though they have had 3-5 years of experience....
