Working as an independent consultant utilizing previous business management and technical expertise, assisted small businesses with technical project management consulting services, executive business consulting, and web-site design and development. Assisted several companies with marketing and business development efforts by assisting in customer and requirement evaluations and proposal development and writing support. Additionally, using previous project management experience and through additional project management, obtained a PMI PMP certification. After working in the technical consulting field and gaining valuable experience and expertise in business, marketing, and management, invested funds to assist with the startup of a Charlotte based warehouse and on-line retailer for the performance automotive industry. While with CP Racing performed executive and project management functions for business startup, established corporate partnerships, marketing, and business development. Also served as Project Manager for the creation and implementation of enterprise information systems, and developing an E-commerce presence. This included the implementation of inventory control systems, enterprise application support software, e-commerce web development, point of sale software, and customer support applications. All software was integrated with interfaces to an Oracle 10g environment running under Redhat Linux Enterprise architectures. In February of 2007 the combined management agreed to sell the enterprise along with all inventory and assets. Accomplishments in this position include:

As the lead technical consultant and Senior Project Manager on-site at a Federal Government Agency managed a team of over 40 Database Administrators, Systems Administrators, and Application Developers supporting critical Oracle based financial and benefit management application systems for over 2,500 users. Provided project management support of PBGC???s data warehousing effort that included design, data conversion, data loading, and developing various ad-hoc and departmental methods for accessing the required information.

Supported large complex system data conversion efforts utilizing Oracle???s PL/SQL, UNIX Scripting, and advanced programming techniques. As Program Manager and Senior Project Specialist successfully lead multiple teams performing computer information management support and application development tasks across several diverse contracts for the Federal Government. As Chief Executive Officer for Innerbase performed executive level functions including top level customer support, business development, and financial management. Also lead in established and implemented internal business processes, procedures. In 2002, Innerbase was acquired by Resource Consulting, Inc., a larger consulting company located in McLean, VA.
