Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My mother is my mentor because she has taught me that I can do anything that I put my mind to. She has always supported me and been in my corner. She will always be my mentor and the reason I am a great woman.

How would you describe your time at Russell Athletic?

I was a merchandising manager for the retail sportswear line. I pride myself on being a result-oriented individual with seven years of progressive apparel management experience.
I have been successful as a merchandiser because I have acquired excellent skills, planned carefully for projects, and kept on good terms with my colleagues on all levels.

Due to a corporate restructuring at Russell, I find myself in the job market for the first time in a long time. My department merged with another department and two merchandising positions was eliminated. I was only with Russell for 9 months but was a strong merchandising manager on their retail team. I loved working for Carter's is was very rewarding. This was my first job in my career and learned so much while working for carter's. I left the company because I got a new opportunity and needed to grow myself.
