Ascentium is Nationally Managed Microsoft Partner. We are a full service consulting company with Business Consulting, Creative and Marketing Services, and Technology Services. Our business niche is 'technology and marketing organizations in mid market companies and the departmental enterprise.' Realistically, this means that we work in web and application technology that helps companies take products and services to market. Our business is using technology and marketing to help the operations, marketing and sales organizations inside companies work together to grow.
Our culture is very entreprenuerial due to our flat organizational structure. People here love what they do, which makes Ascentium a fun, dynamic place to work!

How would you describe your time at volt services group?
I sourced primarily for light industrial, call center, and administrative positions. It was a fast-paced environment that required stellar multitasking skills. It was a great experience, but I fit better in a corporation.

How would you describe your time at BuzzBee Company?
This role was quite a mixed bag (in a good way). I gained exposure to HR compliance law, benefits administration, general business operations, and recruiting. BuzzBee is a great little company and I came away with a solid foundation in sourcing and recruiting, along with some lasting friendships.
