How would you describe your time at Pfizer?
Dynamic learning experience. Pfizer rated as the best training organization in the world (voted on by the National Training Association). Multiple Award Winner based upon performance. I had the opportunity to develop my representatives individually while creating a dynamic & cohesive team. The loss of patent protection for Zoloft & Neurontin resulted in the loss of $6.6 billion in annual revenue and abolishment of the Neuroscience Division. I was extremely motivated by watching my team come together and grow. I was also motivated by the way our products helped patients, families and physicians deal with horrible disease states like Alzheimers, Bipolar, Schizephrenia, Multiple Sclerosis, debilitating Migraines....
District Director of Sales
How would you describe your time at embassy suites hotel?
Learning experience. I was responsible for the sales and marketing at two Kansas City Embassy Suites leading 8 sales professionals. I reported to "two" General Manager's which is why Embassy Suites abolished this pilot project. Serving two masters does not work. A great experience working with a team and the major accounts in the area....

How would you describe your time at AmeriSuites Hotels?
Incredible experience. Opened the AmeriSuites Hotel in El Paso, Tx. Was transferred within 6 months to a troubled property in San Antonio, TX which would be lost to bankruptcy unless I found a gigantic account (straight from the CEO - Mark Harris). I found Intelogic Trace and negotiated a contract that got their trainees out of an apartment complex (40 rooms per day) to our hotel netting the company just over $1 million, saving Intelogic Trace money and keeping the hotel from bankruptcy.
Promoted to Corporate Director of Sales and was responsible for 5 AmeriSuites Hotels and 6 additional hotels. Responsible for all National Accounts and was the "go to" person responsible for regaining lost major accounts due to either a service issue/problem or competitive situation. I excelled to the point that I was / am mentioned by name in a marketing & sales book written by Jill Griffin (VP & Consultant).
I opened the travel market in Mexico by developing a program that was so successful that Sea World of Texas adopted the program as their major sales campaign in Mexico to drive business to their theme park in San Antonio and Orlando....
