What's your ideal role within an organization?

My ideal role within an organization is to be a key contributor. I don't mind taking the lead, (at my current job that's what I do "Tech. Support Supervisor") but whatever I am doing in engineering I would want to be a key contributor. Even if I am not taking the lead, being one of the lowest on the chart as far as authority, I would love it just as much. To have a key role in making the company succeed, or the product to excel would be more rewarding to me, than the highest position in the company.... read more

I really appreciate the time I am able to spend at Oliver Designs. I volunteer whenever possible to look at blue prints, and auto cad with Architect Brian Owens.
