* Third-line support and problem solving in collaboration with the SWG Support Centre and hosting partner support engineers
* Management of product maintenance and upgrades for hosted applications

* Performance management and monitoring of hosting partner services against contract SLA’s
* Issue resolution and process improvement
*Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the hosted platform

How would you describe your time at Service Works Global?

Leader of teams responsible for ASP and ASP.Net web development and internal network maintenance and IS support. This has included exposure to HTML, Javascript, CSS, Ajax, XML, XSLT, SOAP and web services as well as Windows 2003 Domain with Exchange on a TCP/IP network, including 802.11g wireless and VOIP technology.

My staff and I are involved in a number of developments tangential to our 'core' product, including AutoCAD development, visitor badging, interfaces to electronic signage, SharePoint and Exchange/Outlook, GIS/ESRI and PocketPC application and mobile web development.

I am also responsible for maintaining the company's website using both hand coding and Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, (X)HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and MySQL. My role has been mostly concentrating on the technical aspects, including SEO and SEM optimisation and keyword analysis, but has involved some design contributions including complete design of some small scale microsites.

Worked for London South Bank University on site at Service Works Ltd completing a two year project as part of the TCS (now KTP) scheme, a DTI funded programme to encourage co-operation between Higher Education and business. Responsible for developing a web application for an existing CAFM application using ASP, VB6 and SQL Server as well as maintaining the company website. Produced proof of concept systems for AutoCAD and for a mobile/PDA browser based system. Also responsible for internal network maintenance and IS support and maintaining the company's website using Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP.
