Exchange implementation, maintenance, and upgrades, along with rollout of managed Windows Mobile Smartphones to keep key personnel in contact with the office with both phone and e-mail access.

Managed all technical aspects of site, hosting, system administration, and development, uptime, new content, and advertising rotation
Managed two main properties with combined traffic of over 2.5 million unique visitors per day, and the back end of 3 affiliate properties with approximately 1 million unique visitors per day combined
Did cost/benefit analysis for this and other departments for all development projects for submission to the business development and programming teams
Consistently implemented new projects to streamline and reduce bandwidth usage, and dropped the average from over 400mb/s down to 150-175mb/s, resulting in savings in excess of $250k per month
Managed a small team of one System administrator, one Senior Programmer, and one Junior Programmer. I was assisted by a dedicated Marketing Specialist who took care of ad spaces, drove new projects, and cross-marketed with other departments....
