What's your ideal role within an organization?

The one who manages a crucial department, but isn't the "face" of the company's success. That way I've challenged my employees to do more than they ever thought they could, and we all see success from a bit afar, yet also in our hearts. In other words, egocentrics need not apply to a team I lead.

I've know Rob since 1989. He actually gave me my first job in radio broadcasting. He was my boss for a few years and he was great to work for. He is a true leader. He is very organized and knows how to get the job done. He is very dependable and loyal. He is also very upbeat and easy to get along with. I also worked with him for a few years at WRVA radio. He will be a wonderful asset to your company. If you have any questions please feel free to call my cell at 804-393-9757. Tracy

Rob is an amazingly hard worker who will do what it takes to get the job done! He manages to get along with everyone, even the difficult personalities. In my nineteen years with my company, no one's departure has left such a gaping whole in productivity. Anyone fortunate enough to have Rob Witham working for them will reap the benefit of a true professional. He would be an asset to any team.
