What's your ideal role within an organization?

The one who manages a crucial department, but isn't the "face" of the company's success. That way I've challenged my employees to do more than they ever thought they could, and we all see success from a bit afar, yet also in our hearts. In other words, egocentrics need not apply to a team I lead.

Began work toward a Bachelors Degree, while also working my first radio job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. I returned home to Virginia to persue a media career; the College closed in 1987 due to financial issues.
