What are the three things that provide you satisfaction in your work?
1. I love a challenge that allows me to unleash my creativity and have boundaries to further challenge to amount of creativity i use and how much i am being asked to use for the assignment.
2. Knowing that the work i completed will be valued by the public and could possibly help the other company (if and ad, brochure or newsletter) through the promotion of the publication.
3. Not just what i do but the team i work with. Communication is key to be productive and having co-workers that are expressive and not afraid to communicate when there is a problem or they have a problem with the work. I enjoy people who also are hands-on and during a meeting would value thier involvement and respect as much as they would mine....
