How would you describe your time at AOL MEMBER SERVICES?
A part of a Coach developmental program to fully get groomed into responsibilities of a coach.
Being a POC (point of contact) for the team in the absence of the Coach, have taken the responsibility of the team when needed.
Conducting Crew Briefs (team huddles) for the Team to discuss updates, conduct role-plays and daily performance metrics.
Have monitored calls with the internal Quality Team for the registrations Dept. Conducted one-on -one-feedback sessions to improve performance based on the same.
To keep daily track of the team members Productivity, Smart Transfers, and Schedule Adherence
Conducted up-skill training for agents on the floor based on the learning absorbed while visiting the client sites in the US.
