* Managed all aspects of e-commerce web application development lifecycle within a PMO (Process Management Organization) environment for a variety of Network Solutions products including, retail storefront, domain names and international domain names.
* Led an effort to re-design and create a new architecture for a new content management system and applications platform for the retail storefront.
* Led effort to develop Dynamic Advertising application which targets users based on past history and current session to ensure Network Solutions is targeting appropriate offers to users at appropriate times. The system ROI has been 9,000% (for every $1 of expense, the return is $90)....
