What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
Find out how long have people worked there for. Red lights if many have left after a year or less. You want to go work for an organization that treats their employees reasonably well, and gives lots of training and opportunities for advancement. Middle-sized companies seem to be the best career path choice. Working at a Hyper-Caffeinated Start-up means a lack of work/life balance, like having a second job and not getting paid....
