Supervisor, Training & Quality representing 3 processes including Citicards Customer Service & Sales ( Voice Based process for CS & Cross Selling ), Sales Validation Process ( Quality Evaluation team for successful sales across the division ) and Customer Response Team (Data Process for Supervisory request queue).
??? In addition to ensuring that our brand ambassadors provide Card members with an exceptional customer service experience, I also played a major role in grooming managers for the next level by facilitating a comprehensive First Time Manager program. Another responsibility that I enjoy is the calibration of the Hiring team by evaluating and providing feedback to streamline the process.
??? My role evolved over a period of 3 fiercely challenging, yet rewarding and enjoyable years. Active involvement in 2 process migrations from Jacksonville, Florida was rewarded with 2 promotions within the first 30 months in the organization. I am now determined to take my career and future work activity to the next level....
