How would you describe your time at Mercy Health Partners, Knox...?
Very rewarding experience. The acute care hospital setting and also the ability to work independently from home was the best of both worlds. My strongest asset was dedication to the hospital, physicians and patients by providing quick turn-around and highly accurate medical reports.
Primary responsibilities included transcription of Echocardiograms including 2-D Doppler & TEE's utilizing Dolbey system, EKG's (Philips TraceMasterVue ECG Management System), Holter Monitors, Event Monitors, Nuclear medicine (Treadmills & Stress Tests). Additional experience use of C-Phone and Dictaphone Enterprise Joblister.
Reason for leaving: Position was outsourced....

Remote medical transcriptionist for St. Mary's Hospital in Knoxville, TN. Job description included transcription of EKG's utilizing TraceMaster system. Additional responsibilities included maintenance of TraceMaster system database and updating old EKG reports into new system. C-Phone & RTAS experience.
