How would you describe your time at EthoStream?

My time at Ethostream so far has been very educational. I have learned a lot about documenting trouble tickets and resolving issues with end users over the phone. It has also provided me with the real life education that is needed in today's high tech, fast paced working society. My main job description is that I do remote telecommunication and networking support for nearly 2,500 hotels across the country. I also take calls from end users and guests staying in those hotels who are having problems connecting to the hotel networks, getting onto the internet, accessing emails and connecting to company VPNs.... read more
