What kind of job are you looking for?
IT industry professional with 15 years of experience including IT Staffing, Management, Business Development and Network Engineering.
Last 8 years of my career have been dedicated to IT Staffing business. I get to be part of people in the field of Recruiting. My clients are people, my products/services are people and I enjoy every bit of it.
My goal is to continue to be the 'Facilitator' in the 'Talent Search Domain' for candidates as well clients and learn more about Human Capital Management in the time to come.
My objective at Google is to establish a network with top engineering talent across the globe, research and source "leadership & engineering" candidates who will be future Googlers, pre screen engineering candidates by performing technical phone interviews backed by my experience in network engineering and a degree in Computer Science.

How would you describe your time at Google, Mountain View, CA?
Google.com (SRE-Site Reliability Engineering) team, engineers reliability into systems and are responsible for making sure that Google always works(99.99999% uptime).
I was sourcing for leadership candidates who can provide technology strategy leadership, are hands on technically, and can manage a group of Project Managers, System Admins, and Software Engineers experienced in networking and UNIX (Linux) software development & system administration.
Also need SMART engineers who not only have the inquisitive mindset (including knowing how stuff works), but also have 4 strong pillars (CS, programming, networking, & Unix).
Technical expertise in UNIX (Linux) system administration, programming (C, C++, or Java) OR scripting (Perl, Python, Shell), and Networking (TCP/IP), open source technologies is the key.
Positions are located at Mountain View, CA; Santa Monica, CA; New York, NY; Kirkland, WA; Dublin, Ireland; Zurich, Switzerland; Bangalore, India; & Sydney, Australia....
