What kind of job are you looking for?

A place where I can work freely without any stress of surrounding co-workers or management. A place where my supervisor / manager are proud of what I do, and are confident in me and my work, confident enough to know that I am able to ask questions when I am unsure, and let me do my work without always looking over my shoulder.
