I have a vision to create a specialist central shared service platform within an international company - which will be under a recruitment function. This "Virtual Sourcing" function will have a specialist candidate research "brain" which will help to create a talent pipeline and get more direct hires for a company. This platform will consist various candidate generation channels like internet resourcing, telephone research, job advertisements, networking etc. This will enable company's recruitment function to tap all the possible channels to lessen the dependency over external hires and strengthen the internal resourcing function. Being in India - this function can support global recruitment with integrated support utility. It will inject "intelligent sourcing" within a corporate recruitment function........
