How would you describe your time at Saundra Kelley?
I began researching and telling stories while I was at Big Bend Hospice and have continued freelancing since then. My interests in the environment led me to graduate school at ETSU to refine my skills and learn what story is and where it comes from. I tell in schools, libraries, civic organizations, parks, churches and more....

How would you describe your time at Easter Seal Society of Florida?
This society was undergoing rapid change during my time there. I was able to generate a new brochure for the, get a number of items donated and established new lines of communication with potential donors as well as developing the newsletter sent out to the region. I left there to assume position at the American Lung Association....

How would you describe your time at Saundra Kelley, writer?
I have a long and productive freelance writing history. My favorite part being when I was a newspaper columnist with the Tallahassee Democrat in 1997 as a community columnist. From there I continued for some years to contribute to the Democrat and other publications.

How would you describe your time at Big Bend Hospice?
I began with BBH in 1994 as a public relations intern and continued with them as a volunteer coordinator; then I was promoted to community relations coordinator which I did with added responsibility until July of 1999. I was asked to return to the position with a plum location and excellent conditions and salary in 2003. I continued there until leaving for graduate school in May 2006....

My experience at ETSU was deeply personal. I was a published writer but wanted to explore telling my stories, especially about people and environmental issues. I found my answers and got exactly what I needed at this school.

How would you describe your time at Florida State University, T...?
I began in 1968 but left with one year to complete when I married. I returned in 1993 to take my degree. I love FSU and continued to take personal advancement classes after I took my degree.
