Full responsibility for program and project delivery for clients such as Microsoft and British Telecom, playing a key role in client acquisition, engagement expansion, negotiation, relationship management, and retention. Direct all aspects of project planning, development, and execution, providing leadership to all geographically distributed project team members and resources. Develop complex solutions within the telecom sector, leveraging Scrum-based agile and iterative techniques and software development lifecycle best practices to benchmark and manage productivity and costs. Actively participated and contributed towards Security Development Lifecycle for the defined products and solutions. Serve in a primary capacity during scope analysis, definition, and negotiation for statements of work (SOW). Evaluate, identify, and respond to project risks, change requests, and emergent issues.
Selected Contributions:
* Manage globally distributed teams of more than 100 professionals in functions such as technical lead, architect, designer, developer, and QA tester.
* Currently on a two-year engagement with Microsoft, developing end-to-end integrated products / solutions for telecom and wireless technologies. The solution focuses more for telecom operators such Enhanced voice system, Hosted messaging and collaboration, Emergency Reach Service, Connected Service Framework, Hosted Services Self Care Portal.
* Pioneered a document sharing and source code management system for enhanced solution development quality; implemented knowledge transfer processes and protocols for all project resources.
* Pursued and won $2M+ in telecom client business in 2007.
* Recipient of an Innovation & Technology award for development of a .NET / Biztalk middleware solution for Microsoft Gulf and Nawras Telecom; awarded 'Best Team' recognition for an integrated OSS / BSS solution utilizing agile techniques.
* Worked with British Telecom as Delivery Manager for a central Group Hub Design / Integration, GS EAI Hub Design, and IGNITE Oracle Exchange project. Involved in the requirement analysis, solution architecture and deployment of Bea WLI solution....
