* Manage the product life cycle requirements from the initial release scoping through launch and implementation

* Provide a high degree of technical guidance to Ford management; performed extensive negotiation work.
* Key role in marrying Ford's Six Sigma-based process requirements with the existing MS processes

* Key role in bringing consensus between Ford and MS, balancing MS Dev, QA and Operations resources in a fixed-cost license agreement vs. high volume of Ford change requests

Team QA'd in excess of 100 projects over 14 months, including 2 corporate site rollouts, new web apps, new extranet product site, etc.

* Work with other managers, customers, BAs and PMs to build and refine project requirements and schedules
* Maintain schedule and workflow coordination with off-site and outsourced teams in Virginia and Massachusetts
* Strategic emphasis on defect prevention rather than just defect detection. QA Methodologies included:
o QA involvement early in the product cycle
o Utilization of a variety of test tools early in the cycle
