Performed detailed repairs on light to heavy construction equipment in the field. Promoted to shop leadman in Tampa to train and develop new means to meet the needs of the company???s growth. Supervised and maintained workorders and billing of work performed in the shop. Brought new methods of growing the service department to a new level. Promoted to the Sarasota shop manager and continued to train and develop employee growth while taking the service department in Sarasota to a level of operation to include higher profit margins and keep internal costs within company requirements. Kept records of all employees and customer affairs while creating new ways of doing business on a daily level. Dealt with customers on a daily basis and created new relationships with companies in the area. In charge of all costs including budgets and repairs on internal vehicles and supplies....
