What's your ideal work environment?

People working together as a team. Not too stressfull. Maybe changing jobs within the job so you learn new skills.

Worked hard! Cleaned mills inside and out. Very dirty job.Cleaned rollers and replaced on machine and replaced filters. I also cleaned the compound room. Which consist of dangerous chemicals. I shoveled carbon on railroad tracks.
