Influential. I was promoted to the Assistant Director position at a key time in the organization's history. I held a primary role in redetermining the mission and focus of the organization and working with our annual budget to facilitate those changes after a $200,000 loss in budget. I was the executive assistant to the director of our organization and oversaw day to day operations, managed employees and I was instrumental in staff training and development.
