What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

Always try to picture 1 week from now, 1 month from now, 1 quarter from now, and 1 year from now. It doesn't have to consume everything you do and think, but as long as you keep it in the corner of your mind all the time, you will notice small things that would have become big things in the future. Be caring, treat people with respect, be a teamplayer and stay out of the drama as much as possible. Always be on time and go above and beyond any time you can.
