How would you describe your time at KOHLS DEPT STORES?

Learning Experience! I learned about the workings of retail from a different perspective then just cashiering. I supervised a team of ten people, who set the sale signage throughout the store. I trained the employees and assigned work duties throughout the night, while making sure the job was done correctly and completely before we left. How would you describe your time at RTI International?

Productive environment, screening, training and mentoring Business Liaisons in a Call Center environment. Monitoring phone calls daily for Quality Assurance and training purposes. One on one Performance Evaluations for raise purposes and Career Development. Phone monitoring and one on one evaluations helped me to identify strong skills in employees as well as problem areas needing special training to overcome. Implementing specialized training in weak areas of the employees to assure they met with project objectives as well as personal objectives set with them. She's a true people person with skills in reading people for who they are, where they've been and how they will be in the future. She would make a wonderful human resources person, as well as any other hire, as she sees the potential in those who deserve it, and can pick up on bad traits of folks who don't. She's the best friend a friend could have. She's true to her word.
