Productive environment, screening, training and mentoring Business Liaisons in a Call Center environment. Monitoring phone calls daily for Quality Assurance and training purposes. Sherry is the type of person whom you'd like to have around 24/7 to keep you focused, cheery, informed and enthusiastic. She's a true people person with skills in reading people for who they are, where they've been and how they will be in the future. She would make a wonderful human resources person, as well as any other hire, as she sees the potential in those who deserve it, and can pick up on bad traits of folks who don't. She's the best friend a friend could have. She's true to her word.

Sherry is a former co worker that became a friend and a person that I have the pleasure of knowing. Sherry is a hard worker and is dedicated to doing a job well. We worked together for over 5 yrs and Sherry worked as a team lead monitoring calls in the call center. Sherry was always kind and thorough and a team player. Over the years I have seen Sherry thru ups and downs and I can say she is well balanced and a dedicated worker. Sherry will be a asset to a new team and we miss her dearly.
